1. Who we are
DevreonDevs, based in Patna, Bihar, India, is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through devreondevs.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
If we build a product for a client, the client decides how that product uses its users’ data. In that case we act as the client’s processor, and the client’s own privacy policy applies to that product.
2. What we collect

We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 18. We don’t collect sensitive categories of data through the Site, and we ask you not to send any.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and run projects.
- To send invoices and keep accounting records.
- To secure the Site and prevent abuse.
- To understand which parts of the Site are useful.
- To send updates, only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, to perform a contract with you, or where the law allows us to (for example, tax records).
4. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under confidentiality terms:
- hosting and content delivery providers;
- email, calendar and communication tools;
- analytics tools;
- payment and accounting providers;
- AI model providers, only where a feature you use needs them.
We may also disclose data when the law, a court or a government authority requires it, or to protect our rights and users. Some providers store data outside India. Where that happens, we use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site may use cookies or similar technology for essential functions and for anonymous usage statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without essential cookies.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t become projects: up to 12 months.
- Client and billing records: as long as tax and company law require.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and least-privilege access to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold and how we use it;
- correct or complete your data;
- erase your data when it is no longer needed;
- withdraw consent at any time (this doesn’t affect earlier processing);
- handle a grievance, and nominate someone to exercise your rights if you can’t.

9. Third-party links
The Site links to services such as GitHub and social platforms. They have their own privacy practices and we’re not responsible for them.
10. Changes to this policy
We’ll update the date at the top when this policy changes. For significant changes, we’ll add a notice on the Site.
