The client

Gyan Niketan is one of Patna’s established CBSE schools. Founded in 1986, it is trusted by more than 5,000 families. Like many schools, it fielded the same questions again and again — about admissions, fees, timings and events — mostly by phone, and mostly during office hours.

The challenge

The school needed more than a brochure website. It needed a digital campus: one place where parents and students could find everything, stay up to date with what was happening, and get answers even when the office was closed.

That meant three things had to work together:

• Information — admissions and academics, clearly organised and easy to update.
• Timeliness — events and announcements that reach families when they happen.
• Answers — a way for parents to ask a question and get a reply straight away.

Our approach

We treated the website as a product, not a one-off project. Four developers worked on it end to end — design, frontend, backend and the AI layer — so every part was built to fit together.

We started with the questions families actually ask, and organised the site around them. Then we added the pieces that make a school site feel alive: a live events engine the school can update, and push notifications so announcements reach families directly.

Finally we built Gyanis AI, a campus assistant grounded in the school’s own information, so parents can ask a question in their own words and get an answer at any hour.

• Gyanis AI — a 24/7 assistant for parents and students.

Every page was designed and built by hand — more than 14 in total.

Results

gyanniketan.in is live in production and serves a community of more than 5,000 families. Gyanis AI answers questions around the clock, and the school updates events and announcements without waiting on a developer.
